Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern access to the RayLearn Web digital platform (RayLearn Web Studio, Yaoundé, Cameroun (Prestations au Cameroun et à l'international)) as well as all web development, digital design, and software engineering services provided by the studio.

Placing an order or accepting a quote constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms by the client.

RayLearn Web crafts and builds high-performance digital solutions, notably including:

• High-conversion Landing Pages (single ultra-fast page, mobile-first responsive architecture, integrated inquiry forms, and direct WhatsApp routing).

• Modern Websites (multi-page bilingual FR/EN platforms with tailored design, Next.js edge architecture, content management setup, and technical SEO foundations).

• Custom Engineering Projects (web applications, specialized feature modules, e-commerce workflows, and third-party API integrations).

Our core packages feature transparent fixed prices displayed on our Pricing page:

• Landing Page: 45,000 FCFA (negotiable based on scope).

• Modern Website: 80,000 FCFA.

For bespoke applications or advanced architectural requirements outside base packages, a comprehensive tailored quote is prepared after detailed project scoping.

Unless explicitly included in a specific written quote, our development fees do not include recurring external operational costs:

• Annual domain name registration and renewal fees.

• Cloud hosting or edge server subscriptions (Vercel, Cloudflare, etc.).

• Paid third-party software licenses or external API usage quotas.

RayLearn Web advises and assists clients in selecting the most cost-effective hosting options and handles technical configuration.

Work commences upon formal approval of the project quote (written agreement via email or WhatsApp) and receipt of an initial down payment equivalent to 50% of the total amount.

The remaining 50% balance is payable upon project completion and acceptance testing, prior to public launch and transfer of administrative credentials.

Payments are accepted via Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money), bank transfer, or cash with receipt.

Each project follows a clear structured delivery pipeline:

1. Discovery, asset collection, and scope confirmation.

2. UI/UX interface architecture and mockup alignment.

3. Technical engineering, responsive styling, and performance tuning.

4. Collaborative acceptance testing with contracted revisions.

5. Production launch and administrative handover.

Typical delivery timelines (3 to 5 business days for a Landing Page, 7 to 14 days for a Modern Website) depend upon prompt delivery of required assets by the client.

The client agrees to collaborate actively by providing required materials promptly: vector or high-resolution logos, copy, imagery, and necessary credentials.

The client warrants that they hold all intellectual property rights and permissions for all text, assets, and trademarks provided to RayLearn Web.

Upon full payment of all contracted invoices, RayLearn Web transfers to the client the economic exploitation rights to custom deliverables built specifically for their platform.

Integrated open-source software libraries (Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Three.js) remain governed by their respective licenses.

RayLearn Web reserves the standard right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio and professional credentials, unless otherwise agreed under a non-disclosure agreement.

RayLearn Web adheres strictly to state-of-the-art web engineering standards: clean semantic HTML5 markup, optimal accessibility, sub-100ms global edge response times, and near-perfect Lighthouse scores.

The client acknowledges that search engine indexing and ranking (Google, Bing) depend entirely on autonomous search algorithms and cannot be guaranteed as an absolute ranking position.

All delivered solutions include a 30-day technical warranty starting from launch day, covering free remediation of any confirmed bugs or regressions contrary to agreed specifications.

Subsequent evolutionary requests, new feature additions, or recurring maintenance can be arranged through dedicated maintenance agreements.

RayLearn Web exercises all professional diligence to ensure solution quality and reliability. However, RayLearn Web cannot be held liable for disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers (hosts, registrars, telecommunication networks, WhatsApp/Meta APIs) or improper usage by the client.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon.

In the event of any disagreement regarding the validity, interpretation, or execution of an order, the parties commit to seeking an amicable settlement in good faith. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
